Bob & Brenda

We are Brenda and Bob from Hamilton, Ontario Canada. We started cruising in 1995 and have sailed with Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Princess, and Celebrity cruise lines and have always come back to Hal as our favourite. We obviously like the Noordam as we are doing 30 days this time. We have had the same cabin VE5100 on all our sailings on the Noordam and although small, we have managed quite well. We also have early dining.

We are both retired and loving it. A lot of friends ask what do you do with your time, and honestly, we don’t know how we found time to work. Bob was in the engineering supply business for 30 years and then his final 10 or so years he spent working for the Canadian Government. I retired from working for the same family owned construction company off and on a couple of times over 25 years as their payroll manager which I enjoyed, as you were treated as a member of their family not an employee.

We have a son and daughter, 5 grandchildren (3 boys and 2 girls) and our 1st great grandson just born 6 weeks ago.

We are certainly looking forward to meeting you all in February.
