The Long Road To Adventure

How long has it been since Tom Porter started this board, how many of us did it take to reach 20,000? It's been a long road, with many stops along the way. A road we traveled, one day at a time, each of us at our own pace sharing our thoughts and dreams of a cruising adventure. Who could predict at the start how many of us would still be together at the finish.
Certainly we've all seen a number of people join the journey and for whatever reason leave our road for another. There has been adversity as we've traveled. People coming together for whatever reason is never easy and the feelings and personalities involved didn't always make for happy travelers. Yet here we are about to board for our magical week on the cruise. We persevered, we went the distance we made the sacrifices to end this journey together and together embark on our voyage of adventure. Thanks to each and every one of you and to so many others who gave their time and thoughts to making our dreams a reality.
Okay, that was Gene. And Susan says we've had a great time, now let's have a group hug!
