Tom and Ann Porter
We are Tom & Ann Porter of Houston, Texas. We have been married since 1991, his first, her second. This will be our 5th cruise and our 3rd time on the Grand Princess. Sixteen members of Ann's family are cruising with us.
Tom was born and raised in Chicago, but has lived in Houston since 1981. He doesn't miss the cold & snow at all. He has been employed by the same oil exploration company for the past 25 years and will be turning 50 in February, 2007. He drives a limo part-time, spoils the grandkids rotten and is a diehard season ticket holder for the lowly Houston Texans.
Ann is a native Texan. She had only left Texas once before meeting Tom. In fact, she took her first plane ride at age 39. These days Ann loves to travel, especially by cruise ship. Ann has owned her own pest control business for the past 30 years and dreams of the day she can retire. Ann loves to talk, loves to dress up, loves a good cup of coffee and family is her life.
